Merzouga camel trekking and spending a night in the desert, watching the sunset in the middle of the dunes, is truly an unforgettable experience. This overnight camel trek in Merzouga starts in the late afternoon (between 16:00 and 17:00, depending on the season) from the Kasbah Hotel to the Merzouga Desert Camp, located in the heart of the dunes, to experience the desert magic.
The journey takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the desert camp, including a stop to relax, climb the dunes for wonderful sunset views, take pictures, and enjoy sandboarding. Upon arrival, you will receive a traditional desert welcome with mint tea in the Berber Bedouin tent where you will spend the night.
