Day 1: Marrakech » Merzouga Sahara (Camel Trek & Night in Desert) [560 km]

Start your 2-day desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga. Depart from your hotel/riad and journey through the Tizi N Tichka pass, enjoying long-distance views over the mountains and traditional High Atlas Berber villages. Continue to the Merzouga Sahara desert, passing through Tinjdad, Jerf, and Erfoud, reaching the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet, just 35 km from the Erg Chebbi dunes.

In Merzouga, camels will be waiting to take you on an adventure into the deep sand dunes. Capture stunning sunset photos and try sandboarding. After a delicious dinner, spend the night in a Merzouga camp (Nomad Berber tents) with drum music under a starry sky.

Day 2: Merzouga Desert » Rissani » Atlas Mountains » Marrakech [561 km]
