The 4-day desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech begins with a sightseeing tour of Casablanca, the economic capital of Morocco. We will visit the exterior of the Hassan II Great Mosque, one of the Islamic world’s greatest monuments, followed by a short walk through the corniche. Depending on the time, we will visit different attractions. Depart to Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco. In Rabat, we will visit the splendid Mohammed V Mausoleum and the Hassan Tower. Late in the afternoon, we will depart for Fes, passing by Meknes with a possible stop to see Bab Mansour, founded at the end of the 17th century by Moulay Ismail and known as “the Moroccan Versailles.” Continue to Fes and check-in at your hotel.

Day 2: Fes » Azrou » Midelt » Ziz Valley » Merzouga Sahara Desert [469 km]

After breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up and drive towards Ifrane, the Moroccan-Swiss-style town. Continue to Azrou, where we will stop at the cedar forest, the largest in Morocco in the Middle Atlas Mountains. Here, we can see the Barbary Apes. After lunch in Midelt, we will travel towards Merzouga, stopping for a panoramic view of the Ziz Valley. Arrive in Merzouga Sahara Desert in the late afternoon. From here, we will start the camel trek to explore the Erg Chebbi dunes. Spend the night at our camp in the desert, where you will have dinner. The camp is fully equipped, and you can enjoy delicious food, music, and songs by the Berber people.

Day 3: Merzouga Sahara Desert » Ziz Valley » Todra Gorges & Dades Valley [255 km]

Continuing our 4-day desert tour from Casablanca to Marrakech, we recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise. After these beautiful moments, have breakfast at the camp and take a shower. Then, we will drive to Tinghir and Todra Gorges, the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch, we will travel towards Dades Valley and drive through Dades Gorge, where you will see majestic castles and amazing rock formations. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 4: Dades Valley » Ouarzazate » Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah » Marrakech [325 km]

We will stop at Kalaat Mgouna, “Pink City” or the city of roses, before reaching Ouarzazate, where we will visit the Taourirt Kasbah and Atlas Film Studios. Continue to Marrakech via the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. This fortified kasbah was built by El Glaoui, one of the last Berber leaders, during the 18th century.
